Purchase conditions through the www.la-romantica.cz internet shop are governed by the valid legal regulations and also by these purchase regulations.
Prices of products
The operator of the www.la-romantica.cz internet shop (hereinafter “operator”) is not a VAT payer. All prices stated on the internet shop website www.la-romantica.cz include VAT.
Ordering goods
By sending the order with the selected goods the customer confirms their liability for the order and consent with the purchase regulations of the e-shop.
After sending the order, the order will come to the provided email. The seller is entitled to cancel the purchase agreement in case of sudden sell-out of the goods or inability to acquire the goods within 3 weeks.
If the information confirming sending the order does not display, or if there is no order copy received at the provided email address, please contact us as soon as possible.
Methods of payment
- Cash on delivery in the CZ: payment upon delivery by the Czech Post to the billing or delivery address stated in the order, 120 CZK within the Czech Republic.
- Cash on delivery outside the CZ: as per the price list of the Czech Post
- Bank transfer: payment in advance to the bank account
- When the purchase exceeds 2,000 CZK, delivery is FREE.
Processing order
In case of lack of clarity, the operator (possibly their responsible representative) is entitled to contact the customer by using the provided contact details. Therefore, it is in the interest of the customer to fill in the correct, accurate and complete details.
Goods delivery
In the majority of cases delivery takes 1 – 5 work days. The product availability is defined in the detailed information of every product.

If the goods are out of stock or if your order is made-to-order, the delivery deadline may be extended up to 3 weeks due to the production process. The operator is obligated, within their possibilities, to deliver the goods in the shortest time possible. If the delivery time exceeds the time appropriate to the general availability of a specific product, the customer is entitled to cancel the order by phone or by email.
Delivery
We mail the products by the Czech Post, possibly by other mail services providers. The products prices do not include mail fees based on the valid price list.
Accepting goods
The customer is obligated to check the goods, that the packaging isn’t damaged and that the consignment doesn’t show obvious signs of damage. They will report possible damage to the carrier or to the e-shop operator within 3 days from the delivery at the latest. Return of goods without stating the reason is possible.
In case of the goods purchased via the e-shop, the customer (consumer) is entitled to return the goods within 14 days without stating the reason. The goods must not be damaged in any way or devaluated.
The goods must be sent to the operator’s address on the 14th day at the latest from the date of delivery to the customer.
After the returned goods is delivered, the amount of money paid for the goods will be refunded in full within 30 days to the bank account stated by the customer, or in cash by a post money order or in any other way based on a mutual agreement.
Personal data protection
The www.la-romantica.cz internet shop appreciates the customer’s trust and is obligated to protect the data that was given during placing the order.
Address and identification data including the contact details can be used only by the operator of the www.la-romantica.cz internet shop, only for the purposes of statistics, direct communication with the customer.
Final provisions
By agreeing with the purchase regulations the customer gives their consent for their personal details to be used as stated herein.
